Hello, it's been awhile!

Wow... It sure has been a minute since I wrote anything. I'm trying to get back into a good routine and work on myself - mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I'm getting there slowly. In the meantime, I'd like to share things on here that might be helpful to others! I might start with some basics like healthy recipes, fitness motivation, and things like that. We'll just have to see how it goes!

I've been a Beachbody coach for about 9 months (this time around... but that's another story). I am just now getting to a point that I am REALLY serious about my health. I recently did 21 Day Fix and am currently doing 21 Day Fix Extreme. I've gotten into a pretty good routine getting my workouts in, but my nutrition is still a major struggle! That is my next area to focus on. Something I'm pretty excited about this weekend is trying spaghetti squash for the first time. If this goes well, I will definitely be making more dishes with it in the future! What is your favorite way to make spaghetti squash?
