Hello, it's been awhile!

Wow... It sure has been a minute since I wrote anything. I'm trying to get back into a good routine and work on myself - mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I'm getting there slowly. In the meantime, I'd like to share things on here that might be helpful to others! I might start with some basics like healthy recipes, fitness motivation, and things like that. We'll just have to see how it goes!

I've been a Beachbody coach for about 9 months (this time around... but that's another story). I am just now getting to a point that I am REALLY serious about my health. I recently did 21 Day Fix and am currently doing 21 Day Fix Extreme. I've gotten into a pretty good routine getting my workouts in, but my nutrition is still a major struggle! That is my next area to focus on. Something I'm pretty excited about this weekend is trying spaghetti squash for the first time. If this goes well, I will definitely be making more dishes with it in the future! What is your favorite way to make spaghetti squash?

What this blog is all about.

Welcome to my blog! My name is Anna and I am a person of many names. I came up with A MADD FIT LIFE by using my initials (AMADD). I started out with a first, middle, and last name. Then my mom got married when I was 2 and she kept my original last name and added a new one. So if you take those 4 names and add on my married name you get AMADD! Crazy, right?

I thought it was a unique name for my fitness journey and business, so I went with it. Fitness is not just about exercising or eating right. It is a state of mind and a way of life. I didn't used to think this way. I used to just think, "if only I were skinny..." but I have learned along the way that it is more about mindset and less about dieting or working out 24/7. I hope that in the process of getting my life to a healthier and happier version I can also help to inspire someone along the way. It is such a crazy thing to see the differences that can happen in your life once you choose to embrace positivity and healthy living!

Back into the grind!

I miss blogging. It used to be a great outlet for me. I've been struggling with some things lately so I thought it might be the right time to jump back into it!

I've been having some trouble balancing my life. This week I'm working on having more of a routine, regardless of my ever-changing work schedules. It is definitely a process.....

Grand Opening!


Alright guys, I'm kind of excited to get back on track! I want to have more energy, motivation, and healthier choices in front of me! I am officially getting back into coaching! I am definitely going to need accountability, so anyone wanting to join me on this journey do not hesitate to contact me! As of right now I will be doing CIZE, but once I'm done with that I will move onto something else. It doesn't matter what workout you are interested in or might already be doing - the point is to have motivation and accountability.
